  • ODAC Meet Comes To A Close

    Sunday marked the final day of the 2018 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Swim Championships. The three-day event consisted of 18 events and was held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Hollins finished in sixth place, 70 points clear of her arch rivals from Sweet Briar, in the 12 team field.

    The second day of the 2018 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Swim Championships saw seven more events contested at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Hollins came into the day's action in sixth place and after a solid day, saw her four point advantage grow to 30 while solidifying their position in the 12 team field.
  • 2018 ODAC Swim Championships Began With A Bang

    The first day of the 2018 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Swim Championships took place on Friday with the preliminaries taking place on the morning in advance of the final heats later in the evening. The three-day event is being held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center and features 12 competing schools. After the first day, Hollins sits firmly in sixth place heading into a big Saturday of races.
  • Hollins Earns Scholar All American Status

    The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced the 688 teams that have earned the distinction of Scholar All-America team for the Fall 2017 semester. Hollins was honored after posting a team grade point overage (GPA) of 3.56 for the fall semester.
  • Senior Day Success

    For the final time this regular season, the Hollins swim team was in action when they hosted a trio of Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) swim teams in a quad-meet. Prior to the action, the Hollins coaches, swimmers, family, and fans took a moment to honor her lone senior, Dani Raymond.
  • Hollins Earns Split At Bridgewater
    January 19, 2018
    The Hollins swim team entered the final weekend of the regular season on Friday night. The team traveled to Bridgewater to compete in a tri-meet with the Eagles and Virginia Wesleyan one day in advance of their home finale on Saturday. Hollins defeated the Marlins, 127-41, while falling to the host, 142-82.
  • Hollins Returns To Pool In 2018

    For the first time in the New Year, the Hollins swim team was in action when they made the short trip south to face Roanoke College in a dual meet. Despite winning three of the nine individual events, the shorthanded Hollins squad couldn't keep pace with the deep Maroons roster and fell, 108-70, against their cross-town rivals.
  • Hollins Enjoys Record Setting Weekend

    For the final time in 2017, the Hollins swim team was in competition. The Yellow Jacket Invitational, a two-day event hosted by Randolph-Macon, would see Hollins compete in an 11 team field that featured 18 relay and individual events.
  • Two More Wins For Hollins

    For the second time in the past eight days, the Hollins swim team was in quad-meet action. After going 2-1 last weekend at Roanoke College, Hollins took on a trio of Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) opponents in her home pool. The green and gold once again picked up two wins versus one loss as they bested Randolph and Virginia Wesleyan while falling to Emory & Henry.

    After a three week break, the Hollins swim team was back in action when they faced a trio of Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) opponents. Roanoke College hosted Hollins, Ferrum, and Randolph in a Saturday afternoon quad-meet.
  • Hollins Sweeps Every Event Of Tri-Meet

    After a pair of team, invitational, style meets, the Hollins swim team entered the dual/tri-quad meet portion of the 2017-18 campaign. The green and gold would travel to the newest full member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), Ferrum College will be a full competing member next fall. Hollins would challenge the Panthers and LaGrange in a tri-meet.
  • Hollins Sixth At ODAC Relays

    The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) held it's annual beginning of the season get together at Washington and Lee on Saturday. The ODAC Relay Meet would feature 11 of the 12 conference schools, Guilford did not make the trip from Greensboro, and held just one day after the release of the 2017-18 ODAC Preseason Poll.
  • Hollins Sixth In Preseason Poll

    The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) released their 2017-18 Women's Swimming Preseason Poll on Friday morning. With the addition of Roanoke, Randolph, and Virginia Wesleyan, the total number of competitors in the conference has increased from nine to 12 for the upcoming season. The coaches voted and Hollins was picked sixth in the 12 team field.
  • Hollins Fifth At Converse Invite
    October 07, 2017
    The Hollins swim team opened her 2107-18 season with a trip to South Carolina to compete in the Converse Women's Invitational over the weekend. The two-day event featured eight schools representing various divisions of NCAA and NAIA. The only three NCAA DIII schools to compete were Hollins, her arch rivals from Sweet Brair, and fellow Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) member Guilford.
